My grandmother passed away on Thursday, March 15th. She was 94 and so it wasn’t a surprise. As a result, I will be heading back to the east coast to be with my family.
I have a ticket to Max Gomez opening for Mary Gauthier at the Freight on Wednesday, March 21st and a ticket for Rhett Miller at Slim’s on Friday, March 23rd that I won’t be able to use. If you can connect with me on my brief one-day layover in SF, the tickets are yours.
Let’s also take a moment to remember that while my grandmother’s passing was not surprising, life is unpredictable. So make the most of it. Take advantage of what’s in front of you and live each day.
